I have a little problem in blogspot. But I publish only a letter of H.derakhshan about today:

Today we are Emrooz,Emrooz means today

همانطور که می‌بینید اینجا هم امروز شد، با نقل خبرهای سایت مغضوب امروز. حوصله‌ی نوشتن متنی منسجم و درست و حسابی را ندارم. برای همین یادداشت‌های مرتبطم را با این موضوع در پایین می‌آورم. سر بزنید، چون در طول روز مرتب به آن اضافه می‌کنم.
- انتظار چنین استقبال وسیعی را اصلا نداشتم. اینکه در سه، چهار روز خبرش این همه بپچید و این همه آدم مهم تحویلش گرفتند، نشان می‌دهد که مردم خیلی از موضوع سانسور شاکی‌اند و چیزی است که می‌تواند همه جور آدمی را -- البته غیر از آی‌.تی‌الهی‌ها -- را زیر یک سقف بیاورد.
- خوشبختانه سایت امروز خودش ناگهان در آستانه‌ی این اعتراض به روز شد و بدون اینکه هیچ تماسی با آنها داشته باشم، خودشان سریع قضیه را متوجه شدند و برای اینکه این همه معترض سنگ روی یخ نشوند، بعد از سه، چهار روز تنبلی، یک چیزی روی سایت فرستادند.
- یک سردبیر: خودم دیگر فعلا برای روز مبادا کنار گذاشته‌ام. لطفا در جریان باشید و اگر لازم شد به آن لینک بدهید.
- خدا واقعا این بلاگ‌اسپات و صاحب فعلی‌اش گوگل را خیر دهد که این‌قدر راحت و سریع به همه امکان درست کردن وب‌لاگ می‌دهد. بهتر از همه اینکه در سه سوت می‌شود آدم آدرس وب‌لاگش را عوض کند. به نظرم دیگر دوران پرشین‌بلاگ تمام شده و با تمام زحمتی که بچه‌هایش کشیدند، دیگر نمی‌تواند جای امنی برای هیچ‌کس باشد. حداقلش این است که یک دفعه می‌آیند و وب‌لاگ آدم را تعطیل می‌کنند. زنده باد گوگل.
- کاش بچه‌های امروز هم مثل بامداد از امکانات بلاگر درست استفاده می‌کردند و هر مطلب را در یک پست می‌فرستادند تا بشود از فید آن (Atom یا RSS) استفاده کرد. این نکته برای تمام وب‌سایت‌های خبری‌ای که می‌خواهند سانسور تاثیر زیادی روی کارشان نگذارد بسیار، بسیار مهم است. به زودی باید حسابی روی آن کار کنیم و به همه را با کاربردهای آنها آشناتر کنیم.
- حمله‌های شخصی و بامزه‌ی روزنامه‌ی جمهوری اسلامی به من نشان می‌دهد که هنوز هیچی نشده، اعتراضمان اثرش را گذاشته و آقایان را هم عصبانی کرده و هم نگران. احتمالا کیهان و بقیه هم امروز عصر با فردا نیش‌هایی خواهند زد. خوشم می‌آید که چیزی بزرگ‌تر از شرب خمر ندارند که به من بچسبانند. مگر اینکه بخواهند بگویند عموی طرف از سران موتلفه‌ی اسلامی بوده که در حزب موسوم به جمهوری اسلامی شهید شده. یا از مدرسه‌ی به اصطلاح نیکان فارغ التحصیل شده و از حسن خمینی گرفته تا پسران ولایتی و جاسبی و از هم‌مدرسه‌ای‌هایش بوده‌اند. یا تمام خانواده‌اش چادری و نمازخوان و کم‌وبیش انقلابی‌اند.
- کاش می‌شد یکی از صفحه‌های اول وب‌لاگ‌های بچه‌هایی که اسمشان را به امروز تغییر داده‌اند عکس می‌گرفت. خیلی خاطره‌ی باحالی می‌شد. (همه را می‌شود مثل یک کلاژ بزرگ کنار هم چسباند و حتی باهاش کاغذ دیواری ویندوز درست کرد)
- حالا که این اندازه استقبال خوب بوده، چطور است این نام امروز را تا آخر این هفته، یعنی تا آخرین ساعت روز جمعه نگه داریم؟
- خیلی خوب می‌شود اگر هر کس که می‌ةواند خبر این اعتراض بزرگ را به وب‌لاگ‌ها و سایت‌های خبری انگلیسی‌زبان هم خبر دهد و افهرست شرکت‌کنندگان را بهشان نشان دهد. شاید توانستیم تا آخر هفته حمایت وبلاگستان انگلیسی‌زبان را هم جلب کنیم.
- اگر وب‌لاگ انگلیسی دارید حتما چیزی درباره‌ی این اعتراض، دلایلش و اندازه‌اش بنویسید و برای وب‌لاگ‌نویسان انگلیسی کامنت بگذارید که آن را ببینند. خیلی اثر خواهد داشت.

After arresting many of journalists and closing many of the newspapers and magazine in Iran. The powerful conservatives start new harrican against weblogs and other news provider in Internet. they spent much money to filtering Internet.And in this regard Mr. Mortazavi Tehran's justiciar has very big rule. He is very famous. He has very good relation with Islamic Republic Leadership Administrator.Ayatollah Khamenee loves(not likes) him too much because his verey hard action and locality against human freedom and speech freedom applaud with Leader many times.
Closing Emrooz , Bamdad and Rouydad web sites are the last actions of him.They arrested many of these web sites authors and bloggers and arrested some of their technical person such as page designer and ISP providers. It means that they want to close the last connection between governmental reformists with Iranian youths and people.
H.Derakhshan, the father of Persian weblogs lives in Canada now, wants of Iranian blogger around the world to publish Emrooz blog in tomorrow Monday 20 September 2004. The Iranian Development will publish Emrooz weblog tomorrow.
So that our English reader of this blog will see some Persian words in this weblog tommorrow. we are sorry for this matter and want of them to copy past all of these documents in their blogs to assist and help their friends in Iran. The Iranian webloggers want of all webloggers around the world to corporate with them to protect humen libration and fredom and Visual and Speech freedom in Iran. جنگ تمام عیاری که مرتضوی با اینترنت شروع کرده، آخرین جنگ او است که اگر آنرا برنده شود، دیگر اثری از آزادی بیان در سرزمین ایران نخواهد ماند. اما خوشبختانه ما می‌ةوانیم به کمک همدیگر به آسانی او را شکست دهیم.
او می‌خواهد صدای وب‌سایت‌های اصلاح‌طلب به گوش کسی در داخل ایران نرسد و اگر از پس این کار برنیاید شکست خورده است. پس بهترین راه کمک به این موضوع پخش کردن خبرهای وب‌سایت‌های امروز و بامداد، به هر شکل ممکن، است. ساده‌ترین راه آن کپی و پیست کردن عین مطالب آنها یا برگزیده‌‌شان در وب‌لاگ خود است که می‌دانم ممکن است برای وب‌لاگ‌نویسان شناخته‌ی شده‌ی ساکن ایران سخت باشد، ولی کسانی که ناشناسند یا در ایران زندگی نمی‌کنند می‌توانند نقش بزرگی بازی کنند.
شبکه‌ی چند ده هزارتایی وب‌لاگ‌های فارسی، در مجموع از تمام روزنامه‌های فارسی زبان، خواننده‌ی بیشتری دارد و اگر از آن برای شکست‌دادن دشمنان آزادی بیان در ایران استفاده نکنیم، فرصتی تاریخی را از دست داده‌ایم.

I saw these from Internet 3 years ago. I couldn't believe that things.In Tehran many of youths alight candles for memorial of victims but in Palestine many of the youths celebrate this. Why? I told too much about United States Middle East Policies. It's roadmap is a very little sentence:"Protection nad support Israel." It means that U.S. can dissamble other people and its security and rest only for protection Israel and 9/11 showed the result of this policy.
But in the other hand you can read or write Arabian media:
In one broadcast, a news reporter from Algiers-based Algeria Television said the date Sept. 11, brings to memory the attacks that targeted New York and Washington D.C., but also, the political and economic developments that followed these attacks, including the war on Iraq, “this war that divide the world, undermined the United Nations and international law, and made it clear that the world would be subjected to a unipolar system.” The reporter then pointed out the irony of how President Bush’s administration announced a terror alert a month before the third anniversary of Sept. 11 and asked, “Is the world safer and more secure than it was before.”
Syrian television was very vocal: “President Bush and his administration transformed the Sept. 11 events into a large scale and long term war. Many of the Middle east people believed that U.S. know about these attacks. Because they couldn't forget U.S. supports of Alqeade and Taliban. In Afghanistan many of people think that Alqeade did this job according the green light of White House. All of these matters is a part of Conciprancy Theory.Why, these people think such?
They think such because they saw such eventsin theis countries. Many of Coups, Terrors, Tensions in their countries support privacy or obvious by western countries.They can't believe that CIA, MOSAD and other inteligent services of these countries can not prevent these events. they saw their countries inteligent services kill all oppositions and prevent any tension very easily, and they know that the budget of CIA is very more than their countries inteligent services.
It is not my problem! Islamic Foudamentalism helps President G.W.Bush again.After Beslan teragedy, I believe that President G.W.Bush reselect again. He can told to U.S. people, the War on Terror helps U.S. to prevent of such tragedy?!
Of course, we can agree with him, but the new tensions in Iraq can show another things. Mogtada Sadr a radical Shiia clargy knows that on a real and free election in Iraq, he can not elect?! He uses of these time to build a new Iraq for himself. To be continued....

According to the cases 12/1083/83 and 13/1083/83 , Dr. Seyed Hashem Aghajary , the son of Seyed Jaber 47 years old, master of History group of Tarbiat Moddares University is accused to:

First Part: He abused and blasphemed to the Islam dauntless and clearly in his speech in Shahid Beheshty University this address published in “Asr-e-Ma” magazine No. 175 dated 05/26/79 (8/16/2000). I read some of this speech:
((The Marx speech about religion, however is not completely true but some parts of it is true. This government which punish common sense and science in the name of the religion is not a real Religious Governor but also is not a Humanity Government. If Religious Government reaches to the points that arrest scientists and punish common sensors in the name of the religion and they use power, jail and punishment for assert religious claims, it hasn’t a religious spirit and it hasn’t any duration and continuity. So that when they reach to the power, they produce their caste and they bound, religion, accord and clergy. They make a trihedral and triple power and they associate a joint-stock company and they support each one of them. And they compact against each culture, science and idea. And they act against each voice against them commonly and punish it. For example Mr. Kadivar, and clergies such him who thinks another.But the others think that Velayat-e-Faghyeh is a monarch governing people and the earth. And they believe that unconditional Velayat-e-Faghyeh is not responsible and he is Autogenic and Automatically. There isn’t any thing above and better than he isn’t, he is criterion and standard of all things and there aren’t any things out of his Authorities! Law and Religion, both of them are under his power. When these clergies want to debate with Kadivar and others, they should abnegate their claims and allow the religious scientists for theoretic discussion. In the executive discussion they should allow people to elect Valy-e-Faghyeh. In the other hand they should use of jail and brand,…))
He said that: (( When Religion matches to the Power and Wealth, it loses its act because the Religion works at first with Human himself in the second its addressed to brain, thinking and conceptions and both of them the human himself and his conceptions are acting according to the selection and freedom. So that Religion acts in these both sides should work as per selectivity and liberation. But when it connect to Power and Wealth it is not a selection object for conscience and human brain. It changes to a structure that the owners of power and Wealth use it for consolidate their Power and their Wealth. This omen triangle always made calamity during the history.
We can compare with Power when it shows it very clear; people can combat with it. But woes betide when it wears a virtue dress. We said that we want to prevention of a calamity named God’s war against Human that happened in Religious Governors always. In these countries they punish Democracy in the name of God and Theocracy. We want Religion doesn’t any combat against brain, science and idea. We want to prevent of changing clergies to a governor coast who act against nation. We want to protect the main basis of Religion. They are freely belief and confidence, we want to protect both of them and we want to prevent of changing them to the hypocrisy and Crusty Religion. Religion should cut out of government!))
Mr. Aghajary complete the opium idea of Marx 117 years after his death. An American organization celebrated for him according his theoretic antagonism with Imam Khomeiny’s idea two weeks before this meeting. They used contempt in this political meeting that never used against Religion and religious governor in these two centuries.

U.S. Expels Two Guards at Iran's U.N. Mission for Photographing 'Sensitive' New York Sites

UNITED NATIONS June 29, 2004 — The United States expelled two security guards at Iran's U.N. mission for photographing "sensitive" sites in New York after two previous warnings about such picture-taking, U.S. officials said Tuesday.
Iran's U.N. Mission denied the charges, saying that the guards photographed only typical tourist attractions in the city.
The United States took action after the FBI recently observed the pair videotaping, State Department spokesman Adam Ereli said in Washington. The incident occurred in May, a note to the Iranians said.
"These individuals were moving around New York City and essentially surveilling, taking photographs of a variety of New York landmarks and infrastructure and the rest," said Stuart Holliday, the U.S. deputy ambassador to the United Nations.
"This is something which obviously isn't part of protecting their missions here in New York," he said.
The United States had warned Iran twice before about such photography, Ereli said. Since the Iranians persisted, he said, the United States had no choice but to expel the guards.
"It was the appropriate action to take," he said.
Holliday said the guards were "engaged in activities that were not consistent with their duties" diplomatic language for spying.
The two guards, who were not identified, left Saturday evening, Holliday said.
The Iranian Mission called the expulsions unjustified.
"The guards in question never failed to observe any `no photography' signs, and the videotapes and photos they shot consisted of obvious and popular tourist attractions in New York City which are of interest to any visitors in this city, such as the Central Park museums, parades and the like," it said in a written statement.
"We categorically deny that they ever took any photos of anything of security or sensitive nature," it said.
Holliday, asked about the Iranian contention that the guards were acting like tourists, said "the threshold is different for people ... assigned to sensitive activities here at the United Nations."
"We have, I think, great confidence in the ability of local and federal law enforcement to determine what actions and behavior is typical and what is atypical," Holliday said.
According to a U.S. official who spoke on condition of anonymity, the first photographing incident by Iranian guards took place in June 2002 and the second in November.
New York Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly said in November that two Iranian citizens were questioned while taking video images of the subway tracks on the No. 7 line in Queens.
He said the two men, stopped by a transit officer, claimed diplomatic immunity and were ultimately not charged with any wrongdoing. The commissioner declined to label their behavior suspicious, but called it "unusual."
Iran is one of seven nations branded by the U.S. State Department as a country that supports terrorism.
The United States also accuses Iran of trying to build nuclear weapons. Secretary of State Colin Powell hinted last week that Iran faced the prospect of U.N. economic sanctions if it did not prove to the world it has no nuclear weapons.
Earlier this month, the U.N. nuclear agency rebuked Iran for covering up its nuclear programs and warned the country that it had little time left to disprove the allegations.
The United States broke off ties with Iran in 1979 after militant students seized the U.S. Embassy in Tehran and held its staff hostage for 444 days. The students were protesting Washington's refusal to hand over the deposed Shah of Iran for trial.
Hard-liners and reformers in Iran have long been split over whether to resume full ties with the United States.

Some notes about the Leader Address in his meeting with 7th Parliament Members (19 June 2004)

Emrooz – “The Leader antagonism with many of the conservative’s electoral propaganda is very important!” an aware said that.
1) Leader said that he disagrees with ((Melting in Velayat)). This is the main propaganda of the conservatives in the last elections. They used it for 1997 presidential election against Khatami. It means that they follow the Leader in every matter because he selected by God ( or approved by Imam mahdi)
2) The Leader disagreed with Japan and China models for development. These two models are suggested with conservatives during 7th parliament election. Some aware believed that the Leader worries that they can’t receive to these models and these theses increase the people’s anticipations and it is very dangerous for the parliament that made according to the Leader commandments.
3) The Leader continued his disagreement with Parties and political activities in form of parties. For example Abad Garan how named as The Leader’s party, doesn’t want to work such as regular party.
4) The Leader believes that the 6th PMs didn’t want to conflict with economical corruption because they are bedraggled. They wanted Political Development against the Leader Requirements.
5) The Leader thanked of the decrement in the PMs charters. But there isn’t any changing in them. And some aware said that they used of these charters more than 6th Parliament Members.

In the other hand the Student Basij of Shiraz University published a poster for assassination attacks. They wanted to them to candidates for some target interior and exterior of Iran. They said that these attacks checkmate Israel in the south of Lebanon, Americans in the Iraq and Afghanistan. They believe that the assassination attacks are the newest ideological armament for combat with Imperialism.

Animadversion against draft of Internet crimes bylaw (24 June 2004)

During these two weeks a draft of Internet crimes bylaw published in the Internet for popular information. According to this many Iranian web loggers and Internet users animadvert with this law. They said:“ The voices are heard that a special group wants to close open and safe Internet space. They published a draft of Internet crimes bylaw and interview of secretary of combat with Internet crimes with IRAN Newspaper!”
“Real Freedom doesn’t mean Anarchism and unrestraint! A below for Electronically communication and Internet are necessary very much. But we should know that this low should adjust citizens’ rights not become to a tool for limitation and beating the people!” they said that:” The published draft shows that it is not a tool for adjusting people’s right. It is a tool for governors and powerful parties to build circumscription and limitation in the Internet. And they want to courage to the people’s live and their daily activities. We animadvert with this bylaw and want to make more study about this matter and build new low for this important matter in the suitable times!”
According to this, they built a web page and wanted every body who disagrees with this draft fill special form and signed this article. Some web logger built a special name and linked it to the English biography of Iranian Communication and Data Minister Seyed Ahmad Motamedi (you can see it below news). The combat started between Internet users and governors and our experience show that governors spend much money but they lost and freedom and Liberation win this combat very soon.

Editorial- Alalam, Sepah and Repeating of History

Sepah the secondary Governor Military Forces and Alalam try to repeat history again. They work for reelection President Gorge W. Bush. Why?
Two weeks ago the death of President Roland Reagan increased talks about Islamic Republic and its role to select Reagan as US President in 1981. Iran didn’t liberate US hostages until election President Reagan. Islamic Republic had a very big role in the election of Republican in the United States.
In Israel, Hamas helped Sharon to elect. They explode any bombs some days before election and change the entire forecast about this election.
Al-Alalam the Arabian TV of Iran does such as Sadr TV Broadcast Corporation. Al-Alam and all Islamic Republic TV have very special view about Iraq crisis. They forget all the Saddam’s oppressions and they forget Halabche and 8 years Iraq-Iran war. They say that occupation forces should abandon Iraq as soon as possible and Iraqi people should govern to their country. But they don’t say what will be happened when US armies abandon Iraq and allow al-Zarqawi Sadr to govern Iraqi people!
Occupation is bad but anarchism is worse than occupation. In the other hand the new terrorists roadmap in Iraq is so horror. They beheaded unarmed foreigners and killed unarmed Iraqi people by car blasts. Al-Alam names these activities as Jehad and regular and popular resistance! I want to ask them if Iraqi people get all the ministers and all foreigners (armies and unarmed) abandon Iraq these crises finished or not? I promise you they don’t finish their activities because they are thinking in very isolated conditions, they think that they should kill each people who disagree with them. These activities are happened until they’re thinking change.
But Islamic Republic media and conservatives want special things in Iraq. At first, they worry about a democratic and secular Shiite country in close Iran. Because this country can increase Iranian people requests and it is very dangerous for dictatorship governing named Velayat-e-Faghyeh. And the second is Najaf! In the some hearings we heard that, United States wants to build a Shiite Vatican in Najaf. If it happens, all independent Ayatollahs in Qom will travel to Najaf such as 200 years ago. And it is very bad for Islamic Republic who wants to be the Leader of Shiites around the world. Another reason is about the Iranian Leader Ayatollah Khamenee. He hasn’t very good position between Iraqi people. But his speech against Israel and America deceive some Arabian youths. They think that he believes his speech because they don’t live in Iran. If they live in Iran they can understand He doesn’t believe many of his speech and all of them used only for political games, only for game!

Action against National Security

Action against National Security is a very common crime in every ideological country! Please remember famous stories about communist countries. Many people were jail according this crime “Action against National Security” in former USSR!
But according to a draft of Internet crimes bylaw sending a mail, publishing a flash clip about 18 Tir (8th July), buying Tarot cards from Ebay and send money for a satellite TV can be meant as Action against National Security.
Of course at this year at least 20 satellite TV can receive in Iran. There are only 3 or 4 governmental TV and others are private and commercial. But IRIB has many problems with these little TVs! According to above-mentioned draft all these TVs are illegal and should be closed as soon as possible. But all of them produce in out of Iran boards and they can not closed them and arrest their managers.
In the Internet, you can not produce any radio or television program without approving IRIB, but I want to ask them with which facilities they want to check Internet for radio and TV programs. This draft is so childhood and it seems that the authors of this draft had not any knowledge about Internet. I think that their understanding of Internet is limited to an Email and web log only. And they hadn’t any good understanding about Information Technology.
Another funny article is about dail publishing in the Internet. The entire web logger should publish according the Iranian rights for publication. It seems such as a joke. For example this web log should be published according a very tight law and they can close according very simple charges such as propaganda for drinking Alcohol and talking about Internet filtering and talking such as governors oppositions.
But I believe that they will sign and approve this bylaw but the global motion can not stop till they can understand it!

Editorial- A Comic Weekend

Last Friday (11 June 2004) could be named as a “Comic Weekend”. Fridays’ pray was very important during Islamic Revolution. The clergies used it for submitting their opinions and ideas about the country and about foreign affairs. So that after revolution the Imams of Friday continued these thinking as much as before. But the people who saw the result of 25 years of religious governing can not accept all of their thought during Friday’s Pray addresses.
This Friday very comic thought could be heard during these addresses. “ All names and addresses of 7th parliament members approved by Imam Mahdi 6 months before election during Ghadr night.” Ayatollah Meshkiny the Friday’s Imam of Qom said. This article was according a religious believed how said that all the year happenings bring to Imam Mahdi during this night. It does not mean that he accept or approve them! But according to Ayatollah Meshkiny’s thought, it meaned that Bam earthquake, Iraq war, IAEA pressure against Iran and several good and bad accidents are approved by Imam Mahdi?!
Another comic address is from Hasani, the Friday’s Imam of Uromieh. He is very famous in Iran according to his addresses. “ Each people said Foreigners are more developer than us are stupid, because they are on 21st century and we are in 14th century. Wait and see when we receive to 21st century we are developer than they now!”
I believe that you think I want to tell a joke but it is correct he think that we can receive to 21st century without any modification and development in the foreign countries. He thinks that it can be happened. Don’t laugh to him. It is very badly for us. I am very angry, because peoples such as him governing to us.
In these days, I read BBC Persian pages too much. They prepare a special forum and ask some questions and want of people to answer them. You can see it in this site: http://www.bbc.co.uk/persian
Please see this page and compare the answers of Iranian people with another countries such as Afghanistan, Pakistan… It is very amazing, you can see a very secular vision between Iranian answers but the foreigners are so fundamentalist than Iranian (such as Iraqis and Afghans). It means that the Big Middle East Plan should be revised again. “Tehran is the Archway of Democratic Middle East!”
Please tell this sentence to President Gorge W. Bush.

Editorial- Thirteenth Issue Unluckiness

This Issue has a very big unluckiness. It should be published in 20th May 2004.But Khatamee’s letter and one of my tests didn’t allow me to publish this issue. I publish this issue at this time, an Earthquake was happened again and shake Tehran a little. Everybody knows that Tehran will be shacked in a very soon feature. But it is not more important for the governor. A big quake in Tehran will kill more than 1 million during first hours, and it is not a joke. It means that they should think about it very much. After that quake anarchism becomes growth and many of the markets, stores banks and administrations will be plundered. Disease growth and people become hungry and angry. It means that after the quake a very bigger accident can be happen! And they want a crisis management that we didn’t see in Iran yet! I suggest that International organization such as UN and NATO constitute a new International organization for immediate reaction in these cases in the third world countries, why?
Because Bam’s quake taught us many things. According some research if rescue operation start in the first hours, it could be reduce human victims very much. Some affiance said that they could hear voice of people buried in the destroyed building until 24 hours after quake. But Iran accepted international aids only 48 hours after the quake. It means that 3rd world countries can not understand the importance of international cooperation. They spend much money and cost for saying “Down With…” Please remember such event in North Korea. When the trains accident happen, they didn’t call international rescue team after a few hours after accident. And they didn’t accept South Korea aids according an ideological strategy. These wonderful strategies blemish people life and live too much. Ideological governors destroy their countries and kill their people with their thinking methods. I think that new global order should be covered these countries. The war against terrorism is important but the war for rescuing 3rd world people are more important isn’t it!

Last week I saw a special report about Putine and his popular position between Russians. It ended by a Pop voice that want of you to” Live (or Life such) as Putine”. I am become angry, because it is very important for us to have a man not a hero a sample.
Of course we have an apologizing machine. In last weeks I speak too much about him and his useless letters. I speak too much about a man that is a hope but he changed to an apologizing machine. In this year we saw many bad things around the Middle East, I want to say you if Khatami did better than now this year wasn’t such as today.
But he didn’t want and didn’t work. He did his job very bad and I got him castaway number.
Many people don’t agree with me but I translate a useful brief that prepared by ISNA(Iranian Students News Agency) for you. It shows you his promise about writing a letter about every thing is a dream for Iranian people.
Please read his article and if you can read Persian please read all parts of this letter in Persian news agency such as ISNA, IRNA our news pages such as Gooya. But I think that my articles can help you and save your time and money.
Russian people are very blessed because they have a powerful leader. This powerful leader helps them to growth to raise Russia from its bad economical and political positions in last days of Jelstine times to new position. It is not so good but it is very better than before. But where are we?
Mr. Putine is a dictator, who uses his power for governing. But Khatami is a liberal who forgets his job. Please think about Imam Khjomeiny’s Airport closing process. Iranian people are hoping that it can increase their security and comfort. They are waiting for it for 30 years. But some commanders and soldiers don’t like the Airport opened. And they closed it very simply. And Khatami didn’t act anything, he said only” We should see whom criminal?” I tell him:” Useless Khatami is Criminal.”
He wanted to limit huge inflation rate in Iran, but before any action he said any thing and he associate a very special committee (!) to study about this matter and preparing a report. After that a very unimportant useless report preparing and publishing and some foolish people such me bought it and translate for you to read it. But useful is not important.
Oh, I talk about report. Report in Khatami’s literature means that more than ten pages full of balderdash for closing people’s mouth. Please remember Z.Kazemi case. Finally a “Hard Solid” is Criminal! It knocked up (itself without any human action) to her head! It is finishing term of a very special report of more special committee associated of three Iranian Ministers and some PM.
At the end Khatami doesn’t use of his chance for peaceful and democratic reforms. And Iranians believe that Bush should attacked to Iran not to Iraq. This is Khatami’s time result. People want another countries help them for gaining some freedoms!

President Khatami published a letter named “A letter for tomorrow”. I will translate selected parts of this letter in next issue and if we have time translate it as the last chapter of “Reforms”- will be published before 11the September 2004.I talked too much about his letters and speeches and his useless interviews.
But there is a blinder in his letters and his adherents speech. They told that: “Khatami isn’t a Hero!”. And they hide Khatami before this matter. I want to speak about this blinder. Khatami think that , people want him to work such as Hero. But he forgot that he promise to the people and adjure to them to work for them and protect their right. Khatami abjures his adjures many times . They abjure them such as a Hero! He doesn’t think about people who think that he can wok for themselves. But he is working only for some powerful conservative top level clergies. He smiled to the world and people and described their anti-popular and anti human-rights activities very good. For example, he described and explained their attacks to students, arresting Author, Journalists, Bloggers , Barristers and etc., and he explained about Internet Filtering and Inspection. Iranian International Terrorism is the main title of this step. I sure that many of our readers heard last week department of state report about Terrorism. I am very happy, because last weeks two important letters published. One of them to British Prime Minister and another to President Gorge W. Bush. And President Bush had an interview with 2 Arabian TVs. It is very important for US to rebuild its destroyed face in the Arabian public. But he has very long way to rebuild this broken bridge. But Iran is another matter.
Iranian people had very big intelligence services for many years approximately before 1000 BC. They had a famous intelligence director during Moslems attacked to the Sassanids his name was “Hormozan”. He became Moslem but Marvan killed him. Marvan had very close relation with Ottoman and Ali wanted Omar (the Caliph during that times) to court Marvan but he didn’t accept and release him. The servant of Hormozan named Abulolo terrorized Omar in the mosque in the 27th of Ramathan. It is a very famous assassination in the Islamic world. After some years Ottoman was terrorized with some angry Moslems in his home and after Ottoman, Ali became caliph . But he terrorized too in the mosque.
These continuum historical terrorism attacks had very big effects for Islamic countries .They tried to build intelligence services to kill their oppositions. And governmental terrorism created. During the Abassides these intelligent services became very powerful than before and for example Mamoon used them too much for killing his oppositionsand there is a story for using them for killing his brother “Amin”.
But in this regard we should speak about Ismaelism and Hassan Sabah followers. They were a Non Governmental Organization mobilized for terrorism attacks. They had very important role in the Iranian history. They were became a big resistance against Mongols. Mongols attacks had very important effect to made intelligent services and conventicles. In that times, Sufis got power and there were many monastery around Iran.( Please don’t forget, Iran is not only this country, it consisted a very big region from Uzbekistan and Afghanistan in East to Najaf and Karbla in West and Tephlis in North-west)
Ismaelism and Sufis generated a very bigot followers named Fadaee(or Devotee). These Devotees used for some attacks. Many of these attacks were suicide attacks. When the attack happen Devote should killed himself, because they didn’t want governors or occupiers know his commandant. This is very important in the terrorism attacks. Many of youths or low level people are ransomed to protect some commandants.
In continuum assassinations happen in Iran six years ago this role showed himself again. The names of many top level clergies were considered but with suicide of some top level arrested , these names didn’t babble.
Some powerful people hide before some bigot followers who don’t know any thing about secret organization and clever governors buy these top level commandants to rich to their political goals. In the last week, President Khatami had a meeting with 100 Iranian youths in Saad Abad.Last week was named "Youths Week." And President Khatami prepared this meeting for ceremony of this week. In this meeting, youths could ask about anything, and they asked very major points but he answered as such as previous meeting, dumb and with full of empty sentences. He wants to answer without any protest and he doesn't want to anger anyone especially conservative forces. He said a very important sentence about political prisoners, he said that" We have "political prisoners," they arrested according their ideas!" It was a very big confession. But Shahroodi -Iranian Legal Director- said, " We haven't any political prisoners because we haven't any law about Political Crimes."
Khatami said again about a very especial letter, he will publish at suitable time! I don't think this suitable time happened very soon. I think that all the youths that participate in this meeting become old and they can't see any useful letter from President Khatami!
You ask me, why you speak very badly about him. I want to show you a very simple reason. If you live in Iran, please try to go some translation sites such as Google Translator that in the more option of Google First page and Babel Fish. These two sites are filtered with Iranian Communications Ministry. Khatami told to youths, we filter all the sites that want to invert Islamic Republic. It is very important to me, Google translator and Babel Fish want to invert Islamic Republic. I want of the Directors of these sites to answer me, and if you can find them and ask them:" Do you want to invert Islamic Republic?" If they don't want to do this, please tell me to contact with Abtahi, his advisor and tell him they don't want to invert and disturb to this Islamic Republic, please let to Iranian youths to use from these useful accessories in the Internet!

Islamic Terrorism step by step (step Three)

Before any words, I should correct a misunderstanding about last step in the Islamic Terrorism!Last week there was a very important conference in Berlin about to conflict with Anti Jewish movements in Euro. I think last step of these articles produces some misunderstanding about me. I am an Iranian youths and I haven't any anti Jewish ideas. Iran had very good relation with Israel before Islamic Revolution. After Revolution these relations were stopped . I believe that this was a very bad decision because it got any straight dialogue with Islamic world and Israel and it was very bad for Middle East Security and Peace. But Iran wanted to show a very powerful Islamic vision of it. And there is another important reason: "Al-Dave Party"
Al-Dave is a very powerful Islamic-Iraqi party that quarreled with Saddam. They had very good relation with Iranian Revolutionists, because Imam Khomieiny was in the Iraq for many years as banishment and both of them, think that Islam should be used as a law for governing. But many Iraqi Ayatollahs didn't agree with this doctrine.
After revolution and starting Iran-Iraq war, many of the Al-Dave members arrested or killed in Iraq, and they run away from Iraq and went to Iran. They saw a very hot welcome. They elected for many of the governmental bases and they used their powers for their parties doctrines.
During this time, revolutionists helped two important Lebanese military parties "Amal" and "Hezbollah". Dr. Chamran the first Islamic Republic defense minister helped "Amal" and "Sepah" helped "Hezbollah" too much. You can compare two logos of "Sepah" and "Hezbollah" they are same. It means that one doctrine and theses build both of them. They wanted to conflict with any corruption and blasphemy around the world, it is not different they are in Indonesia, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq , Israel ,Euro, United States and so and so!Top Stories

The UN Human Right Commission finished its annual meeting without any resolution about Iran! With this matter Lahrasbi’s letter is very important, because it shows to European countries and Canada economical doctrine hasn’t any approach to human right. A.Ganji celebrated 5th years of his jail in last week. He putted in prison for unexplainable reason. He condemns many times. When jail became finished, they condemn him again and put him in the jail for another years. These activities done without any response of free world!
But in this time, we should translate and disturb Lahrasbi’s letter worldwide. We should use of all our abilities to press Iranian governors. Please remember that 7th parliament start in this year. They have very dangerous plans. They want to prepare a plan for political prisoners and afflictions. They will cover them with a canonical dress. At that time all anti human right activities can be explained with this new low.
It wants top urgent activities for all human rights activist. All of us how live in Iran should explain about what happened in our country and all how lives in outdoors should disturb it worldwide and press on their governors to make new pressure on Iranian governors.

A very important matter in Islamic terrorism is United States and Israel-Palestinians polices.
After World War II the global vision to support Jewish increased too much, and it was so important. Because Nazism and Hitler polices and crimes against Jewish produced a very terrible landscapes. It means that, the anti Jewish policies of Nazism and Italian Fascism made new global visions for Jewish people. But it wasn’t priceless. Many sinless victims were the price of this state.
Israel uses of this new vision of support Jewish. United States and some European Countries support Israel not support Jewish. This is a major wrong thinking in the world. It produced very high level anti –Israel and anti-Jewish feelings between Moslems and especially Arabic world.
We should separate Jewish of Israel. It is important for EU and US. They should separate Jewish support from Israel Support as soon as possible. If Islamic terrorism is a major and a terrible thing for the world, the Israeli anti human right polices against Palestinians is terrible too. West Countries and especially US should understand that with vetoing of each UN and Security Council resolution against Israel don’t finish Middle East problems and it is more dangerous for Israel and Jewish people.
In the other hand, solving Middle East Crisis is a very big and important step to finishing Islamic Terrorism. But it seems that Israel and United States don’t want to solve it in the short time. With assassination of Hamas leaders and with vetoing any resolution, Iraq, Israel, Afghanistan and all Islamic borders with Western countries are became bloody more than before. Please don’t forget 11 September calamity. 11 September is a straight result of vetoing procedure!
United States should understand this matter as soon as possible. Because security polices removed during times and after that a new bigger 11 September can be happened!

Editorial- New Horizons

1) After some non-accepted news, an Iranian group traveled to Iraq for some meetings with coalitions and Iraqis!And when they received to Baghdad, Sadr wanted to disarm his group. I think that any people can understand Sadr had not any connection with Iran and Iran didn’t connect to these new crises in Iraq!
2) It seems that Iran and United States will start their dialogues as soon as possible. They sent many letters during these new crises in Iraq. I believe that many foreign problems will be solved with 7th parliament.
3) I hope that civic freedom will be increased during 3 to 6 months. It means that conservatives want to win next presidential election in July 2005. But after that, I can’t aim anything. Of course we should use of these limit freedoms in Iran. And for outsider we should think too much. Outsiders can think more than we can and it is dangerous for them, because they find their differences very soon and unfortunately they increase and develop these differences. For example, please read some of the latest Mr. Behnoud articles. He wants to write independent and impartial. But the outsider atmosphere can not understand this matter. And it causes many problems to any outsider authors and journalists.
4) We think too much about “Reforms”, and after many thinking we receipt to a big decision. The Iranian Development will publish a book about reforms named “Reforms” as soon as possible. We believe that it can be published before September. We prepare a very good system for sold and distribution of this book worldwide. We can accept any proposal about this matter please comment us.
5) Why we use of a free weblog? It has a simple answer. We publish from Iran, it means that we can have many problems if they can find us. The price a suitable webspace, domain and etc. for this weblog is according 43,000 Tomans/year (52 US$/year) and we can access to Internet with 250 Tomans/hr (30 cent/hr). According to these prices publishing a “.com” weblog is very satisfaction for computer-lover such as us. We think about this matter again. But if they arrest us, please ask from Mr. Hoder “Why you buck up them to make a “.com” weblog?” but after these jokes, it is very important for us to solve this problem. Because a WebPages is a real things and it is best for us to have a WebPages and after that we publish in paper (against paper magazine, we start in web and after that we publish in paper). But we worried about our reader. We asked them about this matter. According this week, please tell us your comments about these two matters according these 7 years from today: How to publish our books worldwide (of course with extra benefit!)?Which one is better a continual simple weblog or a temporary and under pressure WebPages and which one you read more than another did weblog or WebPages?

Islamic Terrorism step by step (step One)

The Islamic Terrorism is not a simple thing. It has too many roots.Socialism is a big teacher of Islamic terrorism in the world. Islamic fundamentalists have many problems with their governors. Islamic governors have very close relation with EU and US (a group named “Gharb” or West in the Islamic countries)
Gharb wanted to colonize these countries and wanted plunder their treasures such as oil, land etc. These thinking were not wrong too much. In the 18th and beginning of the 19th centuries European countries had many plunder to them. European countries wanted row materials and cheap workers and all of them were in the 3rd world countries such as all the Islamic countries. These countries hadn’t any scientific and industrial revolution. They remained in the Middle Ages. It means that they break which every European country. The more important Islamic country of these years (before World War I) is Ottoman! . Ottoman is the biggest Islamic union of the world. But they were coalescing with Hungry and Germany during World War I. and the big looser of the World War I was Ottoman. Ottoman destroyed and divided between some families. The role of UK in this procedure is too important. And UK was a big responsible in the building of these Autocracy countries.
In the other hand, the new religion built with some intelligent specialists in these countries. There are several official documents for their tries to build new religion against Islam and its different factions. For example Vahabism , Babism and Bahaeism built with some powerful men in Islamic countries with cooperation with UK intelligent services.
The Christian missionaries weren't any successful in the Islamic countries. The big civic position of religious clergies in the Islamic countries had a very important role to these unsuccessful actions. So that the target of the intelligent services changed to use from power seek families. They used them to make some endless crisis in the Ottoman.
These activities made anti-British feelings between Arabian people. This is the first reason of their activities: "West countries want to destroy and doubling Islamic countries!"

Editorial- Happy New Year!

I publish this weblog after two week New Year holiday in Iran. In Iran this two weeks holiday enlarge and all the Farvardine month is semi-vacation. In this month the newspapers ad media and all political activities are in very stable conditions. If the entire world burnt in fire, Iranian people can not understand it.
But this year is started with Nuclear Crisis and after that the annual meetings of UN Human Rights Commissions. In these holidays Moghtada Sadr increases his works in Iran. I tell you before about him and I notified that before. He has very good relations with Radical conservatives such as Qom Islamic Assembly Teachers Association (QIATA). It means that you can see some closed relations between he and Sepah (Islamic Revolution Guards). I think that he began very dangerous activities that very dangerous for Iran in the short time. But I believe that these activities are good for Iranians in the long time!
Another special report is about conservatives and freedoms. It seems that they will compel to increase these freedoms as soon as possible. Because they will be against people and youth in the next months, and they want to show a liberal face of them to people. They should bear some freedoms! It is important for me, to use “bear” because some Radicals want to build profit Mohammed City in Tehran and another cities but their busses (Not Ayatollah Khamenee, another stronger rights) don’t like these activites

When President Putine reelected in this election in Russia, I remembered 1997 presidential election in Iran! In the dictatorship government they have a formal procedure for general elections. They selected some casual competitors for their relatives. “They bring some onions and a tomato and told you please eat Fruit” An Isfahanian byword said. These ccompetitors mean “Onions”!

Khatami is an “Onion” for that election. They didn’t anticipate people elected him. But Second of Khordad (23^rd of May) changed to National Day for Iranian People. They did an Election Revolution. They wanted of governors to change their behavior as soon as possible and work for country. They wanted bloodlessly reforms but governors couldn’t understand.

They couldn’t understand, because there is three reasons:

They didn’t accept any criticisms. In Shiite concepts there is a dangerous article. It is “Moharebe”. “Moharebe” means war with God or governors that selected by God. In this view, they annotate any criticisms are “Moharebe” and their rewards are different from jail to hanger they depend on bigness of the criticisms.

President Khatami didn’t want to make any mistake for government (it is better to said “Nezam”). For example continuum assassinations and attacks to students’ bedchambers are two big samples, I want to speak about them in the next article “People can hear Khatami’s Speech!” I want to say one thing: “ in Khatami’s view conservation of Islamic Republic is more important than general popularity.” it is very big mistake because conservation of government without general popularity will create new dictatorship! And President Khatami is the most responsible person in this case.

Reformists’ doctrines were not correct. It is the major reason that nobody speaks about it. Reformists’ doctrines had very important roles in the reforms, but according to the title of this article, nobody thinks that reformists can win the presidential election. It means that there weren’t any plan for reforms. For example, Khatami began with some Ministers but he didn’t change the vice president, it means that reformists didn’t think about a very important position “Associate Presidency”. I told too much about “Press in below and chaffer in top”. It produced a very bad cycle. In this cycle below level of reforms such as students and journalists disturbed too much and they pressed with security and semi-security forces and they arrested and condemned but in the top levels the endless chaffers didn’t receive to any clear result. Of course some bodies can said that “these chaffers can reduce some of the condemnations and rewards “ but they were not useful as a main doctrine. Maine doctrine should be answer to any thing but in this doctrine you haven’t any answer. When they press and arrest students, close newspapers you go to their buildings and tell them “Please don’t kill them! They are youth. They have any hopes.” But they don’t accept and you cry for these youth not too much only for 3 or 4 seconds for media!

Convolution in Parliament (7 March, 2004)

Peykeiran- Parliament was convoluted between Mosavi Khoeiny’s lecture for some minutes. Some parts of his lecture were about legal duties of leader expert council that minority parties showed very intense reaction. When Khoeiny told about some of the constitution articles about duties of this council, Ghorbani -Ghaenat PM – said that “ shut up!” and after that, Alikhani , Boein Zahra PM attacked to tribune and said some insult to Khoeiny. “ He said only some parts of constitution,” Mohammad Reza Khatami, Parliament vice president that directed parliament in this day said.
Conservatives taken up microphone and stopped Khoeiny’s lecture and attacked to him. But reformists PMs built a human wall around him to safe him. “Please collect your papers and continue to your lecture” Khatami said to Khoeiny to collected his papers before conservatives tagged them. After that Khatami wanted of him to continue his lecture but eliminate some parts of them. And Tehran’s PM Lecture is finished between tumult and insult.

Teachers’ strike (11 March 2004)

Peykeiran- Many teachers aggregated against province’s breeding bureau. Their agents had a meeting with Karoubi about their delayed duties on Saturday. “ If we don’t increase Oil labors duties they reduced Oil production, If we don’t increase Financing Ministry personnel duties they reduced tax collecting, but teachers can not reduced any things” Karoubi said to them. After that they suggested to reduce some things! This strike began at Saturday but it was not completely at the first days of the week. But today it was so complete and many of the schools in all the cities are semi-closed. Teachers are stay in the school office and don’t go to their classrooms. Only some girls and special schools are not strike so.
All the schools will close next week normally in Iran. Because the New Year holidays will start at 20th March and teachers will submit some homework to students and allow them to go home!

8 PM are summoned (7 March 2004)

Peykeiran- 8 PM are summoned. In two days at least 8 PM are summoned to court of justice. Some of them are summoned before 20th February election. Paykeiran- Khaton Abad Copper plants’ labors aggregated again. They aggregated last month and some of them killed with fire of anti revolt police. AIEA headquarters Council Countermarch after leader blackmail! (7 March 2004)

Baztab- “ Islamic Republic will revise acceptation of additional agreement & new supervisions if AIEA headquarter council doesn’t receive to main resolution about Iran Nuclear case.” the Leader said that in the meeting with Foreign Ministry’s and National Security Council members.
Leader wants to solve this problem in a little time. He wants to close this case as soon as possible. He thinks that this procedure is very dangerous for Iran if it changed to endless procedure. Editorial- Khatami is deposed but they don’t tell to people

Neishabour event is a very serious matter. National-Religious Iranian party (National Front) published a statement about this event. They told to every body, this event cans not a simple event and it wasn’t an accident. I talked with every one, many of them told me, and this is a conspiracy. When I asked some of them why? They told me about Sepah political activities. They wanted to increase the number of votes to reach to the 40 million votes. It was very important to them because it was a LGC and every body should tried to reach to it. Khatami and another persons in his Cabinet didn’t want to this works so that they should teach them again!
Mohtashami pour wrote a letter to Jenati-Secretary of Security Council- about big dishonesties during 7th parliament election. He told about increasing in the votes, substation of votes and another big dishonesties in this election! But where is an ear can hear?
Iranian Nuclear Case is another example. “I told to people about this matter as soon as possible!” Khatami said. But he doesn’t speak about this matter and he can’t because an another person is responsible about this matter: Mr. Rohani!
These three examples can show you a very important thing, Khatami can not do any thing! Khameni reaches to very good perspective in 7th parliament election. He wants to come back to Islamic Organization for Islamic Republic. According this Islamic organization he deposed Khatami and selected Mr. Rohani, the nuclear problems are a mask. They used it to deceive people. But in truth, they governing in the country without Khatami!
Another important example is teachers’ strike. Khatami can not speak about it. Nobody can speak about it. All the person is in the intense stress. After all of these matter we reach to 7th parliament very soon. This parliament will solve every problem very soon. They will suggest a non-cabinet canon procedure. They will bulk the entire cabinet bill and they will use their plan for canon. It is very simple. Leader selects Mr. Rohani for presidential and he can do this job very good. He starts his job with nuclear problem. And with closing Shargh and Yas-e-Now newspapers he showed to the Leader he can work with his judicial policies very well!
In this view only people should not know anything. It is not important for them, if they know it can be dangerous for them. People can not bear this serious matter! We should let them too much to understand their real requirements!

“Ghazafi is bad”

It is a very simple and famous sentence. Each body read Animal’s Burg can understand what is the meaning of this sentence!
Libya signed AIEA additional agreement last day. And last week they sent the last part of their nuclear facilities to US according a Mass Destruction disarming plan that they announced last months. But Iran does not like these happenings. Iran wants to delay official signing of additional to 7th parliament. Many of powerful conservatives and military top level don’t like to sign it. I described it in the last issue. But another important thing is Libya’s actions. Libya shows a new face of itself to world. They want to break all separating wall between them and new worldwide arrangement. They accepted their responsibility in Pan-American Airplane explosion and they announced a Mass Destruction disarming plan. All of them are very bad for two regimes in Middle East. Iran & Israel! After these events Israel can not has a big Nuclear, Chemical and Biochemical Armory in the disarmed Middle East. And Iran can not describe, why it wants complete nuclear procedure. So that “Ghazafi is very bad today”.
Ghazafi is a very close friend to Iran during eight years war. But he has a weak point in his relations with Iran. It is about Imam Mosa Sadr. Imam Mosa Sadr killed (or hijacked) in Airplane crush in Libya during Islamic Revolution in Iran. He had very good relation with Imam Khomeiny and other revolutionists. At that days many revolutionists said, “ Ghazafi killed Imam Mosa sadr. But after some years nobody can talk about Ghazafi and Sadr problem (Please remember “1984” story). But in last month this case was opened again in Iran again and conservatives remember that Ghazafi killed Sadr (Please see the latest issue of Baztab Newsletter). It seems that they prove Ghazafi was an American beagle! The 10th of Moharam named Ashura (A very big Shiite ceremony for attestation of Imam Hossein). But at this year it has very important for Iraqi Shiite. They observe it without Saadam for the first time. They wanted to observe them in very good state, more splendidly than before. But these bombs shocked them too much. Ashura’s bombs had a history. In Pakistan and India they are so common. Religious contentions are more commonly. In 1994 a big explosion killed many people in Imam Reza holy Shrine. At that time Alghaede was a new group started their activities in Afghanistan. They began their victories against Champions. They used of internal differences between Afghan Champions and in short time they changed all the country. At first time Iran liked them and helped them. Iran believed that they could submit security in Afghanistan. Iran had many wrong believes in its foreign policies. Larijani brothers and leadership office are make Iranian Foreign Policies. Their miscalculations were beating Iranian International advantages many times.
In Iraq this miscalculation are continuing now. If any bombs and explosions are happened, Iranian spokesman said that these are Internal Resistances across occupier. After establishment of Iraqi Government Committee, Iran understood that it loss many things. Iraqi’s people don’t like Islamic Republic! And many of the IGC’s members told that we didn’t want to establish a government such as Iran!
After these events Iranian governors changed their conversations. They attained occupiers, and told that they couldn’t establish security in Iraq! I want some people asked them” Do you can establish security in your country? If you can please discuss about 1994’s Imam Reza explosion?”

Seventh Parliament Election Review- Political Vision (2)

Candidates’ & Political Activists’ Behavior: There were 250 reformists between 4500 candidates. It means that this election without any competition and anonymous candidates is insipid. In the other hand conservative votes are produced in Un-competition State. For example in Tehran none of reformists can not elected, Karaboui is very good example, his degree is not higher than 31 and all 25 first chairs of Tehran are for conservatives.
Herewith 20th February is very important for appraisal of political activists’ behavior. Producing a new independent, semi-powerful and non governmental opposition is the first result of this election. In this opposition addition of National-Regional, Freedom Crusade, Iranian Students and civil Actions contains many famous reformists and 1270 of animadverted parliament agents. With Champions of Islamic Revolution (COIR) and Association Party, this regular opposition can develop a big independent front for doing referendum in feature times.
The second unsuccessful result of this election is generation of coalition between top-level reformists with a part of right forces. But this new activity of some right forces means that they want reforms without reformists. We should remember that this doctrine “ Power in right hand & Doing left reforms” is a very general actions for all right forces got power and hadn’t any popular position to cut out every crisis.
After that it should the brittle position of president Khatamee between 3 major parts of Iranian politics: Citizens, Reformist aisle and Conservative aisle. And at the end we shouldn’t forget that 20th February showed that the Islamic Republic don’t able to dividing power albeit in affectation.
Iran after (s)election: The major reason of election is political polarization and creation a frailty parliament increase the distance between power accords and citizens. In this view, this election creates national belief crisis. But everybody wants to know which way Iran does go after election? In today’s Iran, return to the Autarchy is not possible and it is only a dream for conservatives. In the other hand we should know that conservatives have a very good support in the country, for example in Tehran 23% are voting and they can win all the 30 capital’s chairs in the next Parliament. So that after election two ways are foresight: a-Reforms without reformists and b-Very big changes in Islamic Republic Power structures. With this new Global Arrangement and local Negative Resistance, they can receive to the new autarchy. Thus the step by step reforms can be happened. It means that we can receive to the Democracy but in the long time, Democracy is in our perspective. After this election political absence is a real thing thus peaceful action and accepts all political groups can help us to cross away this crisis. The Conservative Plans (2)

Conservatives don’t publish any useful plan for their activities in new Parliament. I explain 3 major plans of them in last issue 1) Freedom and Human Rights, 2) International Politics and 3) International Terrorism. In this Issue I speak about 4) Nuclear and Military Policies and 5) Economical Changes:
4) Nuclear and Military Policies: We should believe that some of brass hats want to increase Iranian Nuclear Activities. Some Keyhan editorials before acceptation of additional agreement showed that there is a very powerful begged to the Nuclear Bombs in some Military brass hats. In Iran, there are two separated Armies, Artesh and Sepah. Artesh is more professional than Sepah and built and organized before revolution but Sepah built after Revolution and it used for many political and Ideological targets. Thus Sepah has Ghods’s Sepah(Army) which actives in Lebanon and Palestine, they have very good relation with Hezb-o-allah a famous Lebanon non-governmental Military Shiite Group. They have a youth and popular organization told Basij. This organization wants to prepare 20 million persons army for Iran for war with evil and foreign enemies.
Iran in very bad positions now. United State Blockade it and Pakistan, India and Israel all of them have Nuclear Bombs. Many of Iranian conservative strategists believe that if Iran has Nuclear Bomb it can stop any aggressors. In this Doctrine an Atomic Shiite Country can answer to every abusive to Moslem’s countries (or Islamic World). But Iran signing additional agreement but accepting it should be done in 7th parliament, it’ll cause very big polemics in the next parliament.
5) Economical Changes: There are very big differences between conservative economists! Some of them are in Hashemi-Rafsanjani. They establish Kargozaran Party in ten years ago. But they do according their padre comments. They want to Chinese Reforms but they don’t hang any their relatives such as Chines. Of course they want to fill their pockets without any problems, it means that they want to do Indonesian reforms. They don’t want to change constitution, their doctrine told them some of my relatives have anything and other people died of hunger. According to this Idea they established many allegorical companies in Emirates and commonwealth. They use from present capabilities to increase their admissions. They forget intelligent services and let them to increase their economical and cultural activities. This is a very common view between conservatives, all of them liked the Imam Zaman’s Soldiers (names for some part of Iranian Intelligent Services).
The other economics view is Tehran bazaar. Asgarollady , Badamchian and many of Islamic Committee Confederation busses are in this view. They build many big Cartels, one of them is “The Islamic Economics Organization”. This Organization is the main source of many non-banks financial companies named “ Gharz-O-Alhasanae”. They get the people low benefit loan, approximately between 3 to 10% in year but Bank loan Benefit in Iran between 10 to 36%, and submit benefit more than banks. These companies can not work too long because the rate in Iran is more than 16% per year, sometimes it is more than 35%. Many of them in Isfahan, Arak, Hamedan and other major cities are closed after this election. Some economical analyst believed that they used only for two reasons, dirty moneys and for reduce investment in private sector. With this diplomacy they can reduce industrial investment and can take all the float moneys to importing and contraband. These powerful men don’t like any industrial investment. They used their powers for establishment of constitution. They increase all the tax, charges and insurance in manufacturing and production activities and reduce purchasing and supplying taxes. It seems that after this election, the economical position of Iran will be blemish too much. It is possible we’ll joint to the WTO but after that the workless rate increased and it helps to addict and accession of street contentions. They like to change Iran to the pour country that can not produce anything and they can importing anything and sold them to the people! Editorial: Who is the main loser?

It is important for everybody to know that who’s the main loser in 20th February election? Reformists are not main losers! They lost parliament but they rebuilt some of their general granted. They should change their activities. They should build new organization because it seems that some of the biggest parties will be closed.
Of course these parties haven't many members. People vote to them, but they haven't any other relations. They should build some NGO's. But there is a little problem. it is money. They haven't any money. Conservative use Basij forces. They are semi-armed forces. I suggest to them, they should help to rebuild Red Crescent youth agency. The big European countries can help them to do this work. But it is very dangerous time for them. Many of their top-level reformists have critical position. They will be arrest and trial very soon (suppose after election). For example Behzad Nabavi should be in jail between 6 months to 3 years. Mohammad Reza Khatamee (Participation party secretary) as much as him. Taj Zadeand other Champions of Islamic Revolution will be in jail for 3 months to 1 year. We should wait for the next leader address!
Conservatives think that they are winning this one-person race. But they lost many things. They lost 2nd Khordad results. They showed to everybody, Islamic Republic can not reform internally and they showed their vision of Islam could not bear Democracy.
They lost their entire general granted. They will solve their problems with some actions in Foreign policies. I speak on them in "The Conservation Plans" at this Issue. They use many of the leader authority, and they break his respect between people. They change him to the spokesman of conservatives. And it is very bad for him and his features.
But the main loser is president Khatamee. He lost every thing and he didn't earn anything. Students and a large numbers of people believe that he is a toy. They believe that his words are deceitful. He deceived them. His smiling face is mocking people.
But he couldn't and didn't want to be the reform leader. He didn't use of his historical position. He didn't want to be a hero. This matter is very bad for him and for peaceful reform. The history forgets him as soon as possible. But the peaceful reform should be start again. Reform lost many things and Khatamee's weaknesses disturb reform too much. More than 90 newspapers and magazine closed. Many of authors killed or arrested or flight! The general fear is increased. Conservatives used all of their capabilities to suppressed people. They killed many people in Shahr-e-Babk three weeks ago and nobody did object to them.
He is the main loser of this election. I think that his defeats continuos. I see one-day conservatives arrest him! I like to see this day and write about him again!

Analyzing and political reviewing of elections is the main part of political science after World War II. Because in general elections, we can see society political culture, political consistency and changing in general breasts. Reviewing of 20th February elections includes three major subjects: Voters Behavior, Candidates and General aspects after elections.
Changing in Political Mobilization: the important change in political mobilization in 7th general election is cold political space and general boycotting. With bulking reformists’ capabilities and their animadversions, canonical of this election was in the critical position. In this condition the Iranian political markets and all its gifts are useless. Unlike lost three elections in these years, there weren’t any meetings, banners and posters in this election. As it seemed society votes boycotting and conservative activities in the maximum level at the end of last week. The chatter letter of deputies to the Leader and publishing it in some reformist newspapers are the maximum point of this electoral season. The roll of reformist newspapers was very important in this week. Some of them republished 2 or 3 times in a day and all of them bought. But the most important things were boycotting of election by parties, journalists and other reference groups. And the basis of Islamic Republic was destroyed too much during these weeks. Former parliament deputies talked about “Parliament Coup” and asked about the Leader Authorities destroyed Government firewalls and it was very important and very good for people. Iranian people wanted to clarify reformists’ views, and with this change many foreign analyst can see that new relationship built between reformists and People.
Beside that people increased their use of foreign media and without any action to the IRIB tries, they help to the vote-boycotting group. Students and youths were increased their political activities and it was very important because more than of 70 percentage of Iran populations are under 30. Using of new communication media such as mobile phone, satellite TV and so on was the new technologies used in this election. All of them use for vote boycotting. Herewith conservatives used of all their facilities. They used all the IRIB utilities and Iran communication facilities in their propaganda. But their candidates forgot the main conservative banners such as “Down With America” and another radical banners. They forgot all the religious banners and they assented to rebuild banners. This changing in major banners was one of the important reasons of increasing 10 percent in conservative votes in major cities such as Tehran, Mashed, Isfahan & Rasht.
The abroad conservatives’ electoral adulterations, counterfeit birth certificates problems, paying money to the first step voters and coercion them was another important of political mobilizations. The battle between Security Council and Interior Ministry, buzzes, arresting of newspapers and chronic censorship were more abroad than last elections. But at this time many foreign media consistence these activities. These activities were disturbed democratic face of Iran who rebuilt across these 8 years.
Citizens Behaviors: Iranian citizens answered to 3 basic questions: What they don’t want? What they want? And how they want? According to interior ministry statistics bulk of citizens (means 55 to 60 percent) didn’t vote. This rate in big cities such as Tehran and Mashed increased to 72 to 75 percent. This rate hasn’t any similar in Parliament election after revolution. In Isfahan province only 32 % voted. And according to present data 15 percent of votes are white or invalid. It means that more than 70 percent bona fides didn’t vote. They told to everybody that they think that this government can not understand their requirement and can not prepare their major needs. Thus the main annotation of 20th February election is that a big bulk of Iranians can not see their face in political visions of country it manes that governors don’t understand their needs? The Conservative Plans (1)

Conservatives don’t publish any useful plan for their activities in new Parliament. But we can conjecture them.
1) Freedom and Human Rights: They will limit all comparative freedoms. They started their plan very soon. They closed two reformist newspapers one night before election. They will use of parliament to develop publication law to the Internet area. And they will knock up with Internet users too much than before. They will arrested several of important reformists and they will trial them. This behavior repeated in Islamic Republic many times. They closed opposition parties and then arrested their top-levels and bosses. Champions of Islamic Revolution Organization and Association Party are the mains under attack parties. After 11th February, the latest Tehran Friday pray in 13th February shocked leader as such as Shah after Fethr Pray in 1978 but with some differences. Shah shocked from crowed pray but leader shocked from little his lovers. It is more important for Islamic Leaders to have many lovers (thereinafter). Ayatollah Khamenee tries to increase his thereinafter and he wants to become a burlesque reference (Marja-e-taghlid), but he can’t. There are two reasons. First his religious studies are not enough for this important post in Shiite, second the people don’t like him as such as Imam Kominee and he was angry of these. His conservative views and his contradictory addresses made a dictator face for him.
The people like Imam Khomeiny too much. But when he dead several of his lovers didn’t like him as much as before. Because many of them think that he was guilty person in every events such as execution thousands of opposition youths in a weak. Some people like Ayatollah Montazery. He opposed to several of Imam Khomeiny's sights. For example he opposed to continue war after freedom of Khoramshahr. Imam rejected his letter and said him please don't corporate in political assignments.
After Imam dead selection of Ayatollah Khamenee surprised for any analysts, because he isn't a burlesque reference and according the old Constitution he can't be leader. He selected irregularity. After that conservative forces change Constitution and correct this article only for him!
He starts leadership in moderate state. But after two years his conservative views become increase. He had borne in Mashhad. His big teacher is Ayatollah Vaez Tabasi. He is owner all the Imam Reza treasures. Mashhad citizens call him uncrowned king of Khorasan(Khorasan is biggest province of Iran and Mashhad is the its center).He hasn't any crown but he has turban a big stuff crown! This master is very conservative. It is very natural. Conservatives like money and religion. He has much money and he is Spiritual. He is a conservative totem.
The leader support conservatives. They have sugar, steel, rice, dairies and cigarette cartels. They sucked people's blood and leader like them. It is very simple. People don't like a person who likes their enemies. 20th February election is not for parliament, it is for his popularity.

Conscientious Karoubi

“I will participate in the 20th February election only according to my duties.” Karoubi said that. He believes that he should associate to this election. He thinks that his association is important for the people! But some analysts believe that he is a conscientious people. Ho does according to governmental decisions. He doesn't work in against Leader. He showed it many times. When parliament wants to change publication low he emitted it according to a Leader's letter. He didn't corporate in deputies' refuges. He believed that counsellorship should solve all the revolution problems.
In latest Islamic Republic crisis, he believed that he can solve problem with a LGC, but his opinion wasn't correct. Security Council does according another bigger LGC. They delegate to sketching the election. And they sketched it very good. They rejected all the reformists. They want to do election in a pasteurized condition without any obtrusive reformist. But they can bear Karoubi. Karoubi association can help them to reply to criticizers. They told them we have election competition. Karoubi and some other traditional lefts can associate to this election, and they can't give any votes. People didn't elect them. This is karoubi's new-year gift to the Leader and other conservative forces.
Please remember that Karoubi has very good friends in Conservatives. Association of the Champion Clergy (AOCC) is a branch of Champion Purity Society (CPS). They separated from CPS in 20 years ago. They were the left sites of CPS, but some misunderstanding indisposed their relations and they branched. Other traditional lefts are in terminology labor parties. They associate in this election. They are not real labor parties. They are only a laughing-stock. All of them are governmental. They are establishing for quite all labor protest. They can't do any strikes and demonstrations. “More than 4000 buses will be utilized to bring people to Freedom Square.”. CNN reported in 11th February. Bus has very important applications in Islamic Republic. I want to explain some of these applications:
Bus for Meeting: if you haven't any suitable society position, and if you want to show others another things. You can use bus and spend some money to have a very good meeting. You come to villages and give anybody some money and bring them to the main square of large cities. After that you can show to the lazy European ambassadors, and told them "the people like me too much. Please ask them!"
Bus for Voting: you can use bus for bring villagers to small cities and give them only 2 or 3 US Dollars for each vote. Tickets for bringing people to the cities approximately 1 US Dollars. This work can help you to increase your votes. Each bus brings 45 persons. So that 200 bus means 9,000 votes. If you use 11th February's bus, you can get 180,000 votes. The Basij facilities and forces are very useful for this purpose. You can use them without any payments, because they vote for Leader and Government Conservation. You can use bus for election propaganda. You can receipt people and feeding them. But this strategy is not successful always. One of the candidates in four years ago spent 40 millions Rials (app. 50,000 US$) but he got only 150 votes. It means that he bought each vote for 267,000 Rials (app. 333 US$)!
Bus for Killing: When you have some small problems such as independent authors, political poets, philosophers and etc. you can rent a bus for bring them to Armenia, and before it receipt to international borders you felt them into a valley and solved all your small problems! articles

But I think that we should think clearer than before. Any royal person in UK travels to some identified countries. For example they traveled to European countries, USA and commonwealth. Of course Iran isn't each of them. Bam's earthquake has happened many days ago and he can travel to Iran two or three weeks before. But he traveled to Iran after finishing all altercations and Security Council published final list of candidates according to the latest LGC.
The relation between conservatives and United Kingdom has a very big story. Mr. Asgarollady one of key persons of Islamic Coalescing Boards (ICB) was Iranian Chairman of Iran-UK Chamber of Commerce for many years. Khamoshi another important ICB's member is chairman of Iranian chamber of commerce. ICB is a very important right party. It has some terrorist activities before revolution. It does such as secret association. It doesn't register such as regular party, but they active and have very good relation with CPS. They have very effective deputies in Association of Identification of government Polices (AIGP). AIGP is powerful organization in Iran. It does such as senate, It coordinates major polices of Islamic Republic. Leader selects all the many of the members of (AIGP).
ICB's member or relatives are in Security Council too. They are in Publication Court of justice Jury. And with their votes many of the reformist newspapers and magazines were arrested. M.Larijanay who said Foreign minister of shadow Cabinet, had a famous dialogue with former UK ambassador in Tehran before 1996. He wanted UK and European Countries support conservatives in 1996 presidential election. He told them relation with conservatives is more useful for them than relation with reformists. He told them if they come, they can pacify the country and they increased foreign investment in Iran. With these description you think that we like speaking about Plot Theory. There is not theory this is reality.
Last year Iran wants to associate in Arabic Union, but Iran 's matter is vetoed. It is more useful for us to joint to the commonwealth countries. Because some of our governors spend much time to hide their relations, after that they can do their works easily! articles

After some years working in the Internet fields, I saw there isn’t suitable English language document about Iran and its news in the Internet. Mr. H.Derakhshan has said this matter last week in his weblog http://i.hoder.com. He said that: There isn’t any reformist journal in English language in the Internet and it is very dangerous for reformism in Iran. He said that “All the reformists are lazy, and this is the main reason for that”.
For solve this problem, I publish this weblog every Thursdays. It is a part of “GOSTARESH WEEKLY”.
GOSTARESH is my own weblog in Persian. And after this events I suggest to write an English weekly newsletter about IRAN and reformism. But before every things I should apologize for my grammar and spell error in this online newsletter and want of you to tell me about my errors and blames in my writings. Game is over

This is very well known sentence. It uses in every electronic game for end game with loss. President Jorge W. Bush uses this sentence for Saadam Hossein. I know that every body see him when he uses this sentence for Saadam. But I use it for another person. Mr. Karobi is chairman of Islamic parliament of Iran. He celebrated in Iran to Chaffer man. He chaps in every crisis in Iran with conservative forces, and he believes that all problems should be solved in closed doors! For 2004 parliament election tensions, this gentleman believes that this way is open yet, but every person in Iranian Security Council believes that chap strategy and game is over and it is not useful this time.
The big criticism of Iranian reformists is chap strategy. Mr. S. Hajarian advisor of president khatami offers this doctrine. According to this “Tensions in below prepare chap in top”. But it has some problems. First of all is very important and it is about chapping committees. The top-level persons of reformist forces in Iran have very good friends in conservative forces. And they don’t believe the bigness of problems and misunderstanding between election and appointment parts of government. They don’t believe reform circumstance in Islamic Republic.
These close connections are very dangerous, because they change chap committee to countermarch committee. For example in continuum assassinations the popular forces are pressed governors too much but after some months the problem is changed. The barrister of victim families is in the jail and the commanders of these assassinations are free!
The examples of these matters are too much, but nobody in reformists top-level does believe that. At this time and after leader addresses in the last week the game is over completely for governmental reformists. We should divide reformists into two major branches: Governmental and Non-governmental reformists.
The major red lines of governmental reformists are Constitution and Leader of Islamic Republic. These are blind spots of them. They believe that they can reforms in Iran according to Constitution of Islamic Republic. But the limits of these Constitutions and complex procedures in them are very chopper. The flexibility of them is so low and Security Council apprehensions of them are harder then the reformists believed.
Although governmental reformists’ anticipant to solve problems with leader suggests, but in this case these suggests are more conservative than Security Council opinions. Accordingly governmental reformists haven’t any choice to choose, and the game is over for them!
We shouldn’t forget the major important thing about these reformists. They are in the top-level of Islamic Republic and they are very close to conservatives. In Iran, Government or “Nezam” is much important and in these years government conservation “Hefz-e-Nezam” changes to main target of Islamic republic governors.
At this doctrine, Iran in the attack from outside (USA forces are in Afghanistan, Iraq, Turkey, Pakistan and Arabic countries in Persian Gulf) and inside youths and women have great anticipations and they want unlimited freedom. Governors told you: addiction and sex are enemy conspiracies. In this view all people should try to conserve government and any criticisms are enemy conspiracies.
In Iran youths and women have several limits. There aren’t suitable jobs and enough entertainment. For young ladies there isn’t any freedom and many of the Islamic Rights are against women. Young ladies want more freedom and want to change some of these Islamic rights.
The conservative forces worry of these anticipations. Akbar Ganji (the most famous captured journalist in Iran) wrote very important book in his jail, ” Manifesto of Republicanism “. This book didn’t publish. But millions of people can download and read it from Internet. He described many of Islamic Rights and many articles of Islamic Republic Constitution, and told that we should change all of them because they are against several of basic human rights.
Ganji wrote this book to show to the Iranian people some important things: Islamic Republic can not successful, because Its Constitution tramples human rights. (E.g. Women rights, Non-Moslems rights) and doesn’t bear freedom. (E.g. Election lows, Publication lows). Of course in the latest leader addresses, he described two branches of citizenship rights: The first branch is common or general right such as live, education, marriage, etc. The second branch is special and for familiar person such as candidature.
In this regard we should describe about two categories of people in Islamic Republic: Familiar and Non-familiar category. These categories depend on views of people, if your view close to conservatives you are in familiar category and vice versa. So that if you are in familiar category you can candidate and if you are not in familiar category you can not. It is very simple, one of the most important human rights eliminated in this vision.
The government has big problem for 2004 parliament election. The people boycott this election because they had 4 years examination of reformist parliament. In this 4 years several lows are changed but Security Council didn’t agree and they calmed. In one of them (Publication Low), leader wrote a letter and want parliament calmed new low and previous low without any changing should be done. In these two samples you can see two major blind spots of governmental reformists, Constitution (the Security Council authorities) and leader. The leader authorities are from Constitution. Non-Governmental reformists want to change Constitution as soon as possible. They want to carry out a major referendum, for changing Constitution and then prepare a new Constitution according to human rights and another International agreements. This is a very big work and it is very difficult for them. For Governmental Reformists game is over! But for these gentlemen the road is too long. articles
